New members will be added each year, serving three year terms, by the following process:

  • By campus nomination and popular vote
  • The number of available exempt and non-exempt positions will be determined based on the current committee makeup and how many members are cycling off after the current year ends. For example, if there will be 8 exempt members and 10 non-exempt members after the current cohort cycles off, then we would need to fill 4 exempt positions and 2 non-exempt positions, in order to maintain the committee makeup of 12 exempt staff members and 12 non-exempt staff members.

The deadline for nominations for the 2024-2025 term has passed.

Voting for the nominated representatives will occur in late March 2025 for the 2025-2026 term by an electronic ballot.
