New members will be added each year, serving three year terms, by the following process:

  • By campus nomination and popular vote
  • The number of available exempt and non-exempt positions will be determined based on the current committee makeup and how many members are cycling off after the current year ends. For example, if there will be 8 exempt members and 10 non-exempt members after the current cohort cycles off, then we would need to fill 4 exempt positions and 2 non-exempt positions, in order to maintain the committee makeup of 12 exempt staff members and 12 non-exempt staff members.

2025-2026 ERAC Elections are happening NOW!

Five (5) Exempt and six (6) nonexempt  are available to be filled and will be elected by popular vote.

All votes must be received by Friday, April 11, 2025.
