Did you know April 16th, 2020 was National High Five DayThe Employee Relations Advisory Committee thought this was the perfect day to remind you of our High Five award program! 

ERAC is thrilled to share that we received over 130 High Five submissions since our announcement on National High Five Day. We were completely overwhelmed by the response from the Lehigh community and we're delighted to share positive feedback among our colleagues. We'd like to thank those who took the time to recognize your fellow staff member and for helping to make Lehigh a more positive, celebratory environment - one thank you at a time.

Do you know a colleague who deserves an extra special thank you? Someone who is doing a great job, made you smile on a bad day, or helped you work through a problem? What better way to recognize their performance than by giving a virtual high five?

The purpose of the High Five program is to recognize employees at all levels for their day-to-day efforts that contribute in a special way to getting the job done and improving the work environment at Lehigh, making it an awesome place to work. With the High Five recognition program, colleagues may acknowledge and reward employee excellence.
