This award acknowledges one exempt staff member and one non-exempt staff member who were nominated by their peers. Recipients of this award are staff members who have contributed significantly to the improvement of the University by continuously improving the work environment; possessing extraordinary leadership qualities; demonstrating Lehigh's Core Values; and working for Lehigh within the community to create a positive impact for the University.
