Maybe someone brought a smile to your face on an otherwise bad day. Maybe you know someone who always goes above and beyond but has not yet received a university-level award. Yes! The individual will receive an email from ERAC with the contents of the form you fill out below.

We can also provide your High Five to an individuals supervisor for you. Simply provide the supervisors name and email in the designated spaces on the form and they will also receive the High Five you submitted for their employee.
